House Arupium
It is located in the village of Prozor, right next to the Gacka River. The capacity is 3+2 people, i.e. a large room for 2 people with a double bed, and one room for one person, and a sofa in the living room that can fit two people. The house is ideal for up to 3 people, but if necessary it can accommodate up to 5 people. It is equipped with air conditioning, a 140 cm smart TV with Netflix service, free wi-fi, parking, outdoor HOT TUB, kayak, barbecue, garden gazebo by the river, bicycles…
The first shop is only 500 meters away, while the larger supermarkets in the town of Otočac are 3.5 kilometers away. The house is located in a quiet street with little traffic.

Forest wooden house & apartments

At a distance of 1.2 kilometers from the Arupium house are our other facilities, Forest house, and Forest apartments.
They are located in a quiet part of the village, in a dead end street at the very edge of the forest, from which there is a beautiful view of the Gacka River, which is only 300 meters from the facilities. The first neighboring houses are 400 meters away.

Forest house
It is an independent facility with a capacity of 4+1 people. The house has two rooms: a room with a double bed for 2 people, and a room with two separate beds for two people. In addition, one more person can be accommodated on the sofa in the living room if necessary. The house has a living room, dining room, toilet with shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, free wi-fi, smart TV 140 cm with free Netflix service, outdoor HOT TUB, barbecue, outdoor furniture, parking. In the lower part of the house there is a living room, while upstairs there are two rooms.
Price: from 130.00 – 180.00 eur/day (depending on seasonality)

Forest apartments
Two apartments are located in one house in such a way that the entrance to each apartment is from one side of the house, which offers privacy to each guest. On the ground floor of the apartment there is a living area (kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet), while on the first floor there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other room with two single beds. The capacity of each apartment is 4+1 people. So in case of need for a larger number of people, this facility can accommodate 8+2 people.
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, free wi-fi, parking, smart TV with Netflix service, outdoor fireplaces for grilling, outdoor furniture.
Apartment II. is equipped with an outdoor HOT TUB on heating which is in operation all year round, and provides a wonderful feeling of relaxation in nature with a water temperature of 30-50 degrees.
Price of the apartment without HOT TUB: from 75.00 – 110.00 eur/day (depending on the season)
Price of the apartment with HOT TUB: from 100.00 – 150.00 eur/day (depending on the season)

Community room

In case of booking our facilities with a larger number of people, we additionally offer a community room with a capacity of 16 person, with indoor fireplace, smart tv, wi fi, stereo… The room is rented ADDITIONALLY at a price of 80.00 eur/day.

All our guests can arrange various activities through us, from kayaking on the Gacka River, quad biking, off-road vehicle riding through the beautiful natural sights of our region, certain gastronomic offers in our facilities or elsewhere in nature, bicycle rental and more…
